Yep another week has gone and its time for us all just to lounge on the Sunday Sofa again!!

This week the Oxford English Dictionary revealed the new words that they are adding for 2014 and I’ll reveal some of them and be asking what words you think should be added…
This week saw the release of Band Aid 30 so the music this week comes from some of the original line up of Band Aid back in 1984. Speaking of 1984 that is the featured year for this week with top TV, Movies and the week’s UK top 10 from 1984.
I’ll also have the usual X Factor round up plus something that may alarm all you chocolate lovers!!
