So, we have a new series starting on April 8th and a whole host of changes both for Treehouse and the Net Radio Group, so this blog post will explain the major changes and give you a look at the brand new schedule for Treehouse Radio.
Net Radio Group
The Net Radio Group has been going now since 1 August 2015, and we’ve largely left it unchanged in terms of the show sharing format. The difficulty with a lot of show sharing time is that you, the listener, have choice removed, unless of course you want to go listen to something else entirely.
So, in an effort to give you more choice and more variety, show sharing will now happen only at the weekend – 7pm UK till midnight on Saturday and 4pm UK until 10pm on Sunday.
What we’ve done during the week, although Treehouse and The Phoenix have separate programming, we’ve done it in such a way that complement each other rather than compete with each other. For example, you’ll not hear a love songs show on both stations at the same time.
We shall also continue to heavily cross-promote each other during shows, hold special events just as always and we have even more inovative ideas in the pipeline that we know you’ll love!
