Taking Your #Vinyl To #School – #VinylStash LIVE Friday 11am UK/6am ET #THRadio

Hi guys
Did you miss me..? Thanks to Corri Jayne for sitting in for me last week but unfortunately I’m back!!

On Wednesday I covered for Steve on the Retro Chart and I counted down the UK Top 30 from this week back in 1983 and realised how many songs I had on vinyl from that chart. I also remembered September 83 VERY well as I started secondary school that month and remembered how daunting and scary my first day was. This got me thinking of my earliest schoolday memories and wondered if we all had similar experiences. So, this week I’d love to hear your childhood memories of your first days at school or your earliest memories of school or what it was like making the transition from little school to big school!!!

As I went to boarding school, I always took some of my treasured vinyl with me so I could play them on the Dorm record player and this week I’ll be finishing off my treasured G artists and hope I can hear some of your treasured G artists, bands or groups that you had on 7” single, LP, Compilation Album or cassette…Remember my rule it has to be 1990 or before as 1990 was when I stopped buying vinyl.

How to get in touch I hear you cry!! Its simple you can either;
