Tomorrow, 30 March, it will be exactly a year to the date since we first started the Lunchtime Instant Request show, which became the 60 Minute Takeover when we formed the Net Radio Group with The Phoenix.
In celebration of this we are doing a couple of tings.
Firstly, rather than having the usual jukebox items during the morning, we are running seven hours of the Most Wanted jukebox. So that is seven hours of the music that you have been asking for during the last 12 months of the request hour.
Immediately after that at 1 PM UK time, 8 AM US Eastern, Buffy Hartland will bring you a very special and extended Takeover Birthday Special. This will of course include as many requests as you would like to throw at her, but will also include some of the most requested songs during the last 12 months along with the most requested artists.
